What Is a Users' Association?
It is a non-profit group made up of individuals affiliated with the health system (both contributory and subsidized regimes) who use the Clinic’s services. Its purpose is to ensure service quality, protect the rights of users and their families, and promote respectful, timely, and high-quality care.
The association encourages active user participation with the support of the institution, through regular training and meetings, all within the legal framework of the healthcare sector.

Functions of the Users' Association
The Users’ Association acts as an intermediary between users and the Clinic, carrying out functions such as:
- Guide users to the appropriate departments to receive advice on accessing services.
- Collect and channel concerns, suggestions, and requests related to customer service and quality of care.
- Serve as a communication bridge between users and management to ensure their voices are heard.
- Share user-oriented projects and gather feedback.
- Propose improvements that enhance service quality, timeliness, and respect for users’ rights and responsibilities in healthcare delivery.
