Purpose of the Reference Center
The referral and counter-referral process at Clínica Colombia ES is designed to facilitate patient access to the institution by applying criteria of quality, accessibility, timeliness, continuity, comprehensiveness, and efficiency.
Our goal is to ensure proper patient routing, considering our installed capacity and service offerings, in full compliance with current regulations. This process is coordinated with the departmental and municipal CRUE, as well as with insurers from the subsidized, contributory, special, and SOAT systems.
