Clínica Colombia’s referral and counter-referral process is designed to facilitate patient access to the institution by applying the criteria of quality, accessibility, timeliness, continuity, comprehensiveness and efficiency in order to guarantee an adequate direction, taking into account the installed capacity and the supply of services; complying with current regulations and coordinating the process with the departmental and municipal CRUE, as well as with the insurance companies of the subsidized, contributory, special and SOAT systems.
