In Colombia Clinic we are committed to meeting superior quality standards in the provision of health services of high complexity, comprehensive, accessible, timely, safe, humanized or efficient to achieve the satisfaction of customers, users and other stakeholders; focused on the patient and his family as our priority, to achieve excellence in successful clinical outcomes, promoting continuous improvement, social responsibility and differential approach without discrimination, with qualified personnel, high technology, comfortable infrastructure, for compliance with applicable legal requirements.
According to the level of complexity, health promotion and secondary disease prevention activities are developed, thus contributing to the improvement of the population’s quality of life.
RISK MANAGEMENT POLICY: Risk Management at Clínica Colombia ES, is an essential and integral part of Strategic Management and within this purpose it seeks the fulfillment of the mission, the achievement of goals, the strengthening of Internal Control, the improvement of administrative activity and compliance with applicable regulations.
Clínica Colombia ES, aware of the existence of risk situations that affect the fulfillment of the institution’s objectives, is committed to manage risks according to the methodology defined by the institution (Risk Management Procedure), prioritizing those that prevent the fulfillment of the institution’s mission and strategic objectives, by means of:
- Identification, analysis, updating and evaluation of risks by process.
- The definition and implementation of controls and actions aimed at avoiding, mitigating, sharing or transferring the risks identified and prioritized in each of the processes, in order to ensure compliance with their objectives.
- Follow-up of the mitigation actions defined for the risks prioritized in each of the processes.
- Periodic review of the risk map to evaluate the effectiveness of mitigation actions and identification of new risks.
